There can be only one payment per month per type (doesn't apply to types: other, costs);
Rent payment (if not added manually) will be added based on the rent document;
Administration fee payment (if not added manually) will be added based on the administration fee set in the apartment;
User can add a custom payment selecting payment type -> other. It will be visible in custom payments section on the dashboard;
Landlord can add an apartment cost, which will be visible as apartment cost/income summary on the dashboard.

Improved translations: I know that right now system in polish is so so, but it will improve over the time.
Invoice and payments automation: automatically download your invoices from the provider and create payments for them. It will show multiple information available on the invoice such as bank account, wear, etc., and will check each day payment status.
Rooms: Improved room management.
Wear: Wear couter for media.
